We prefer to build our web solutions using the free Open Source content management system (CMS) Drupal, which will allow staff to manage the site with ease and streamline future updates and site expansion.  Drupal is open-source software distributed under the GPL ("GNU General Public License") and is maintained and developed by a community of thousands of users and developers.  Drupal is based on PHP and MySQL and is a fully customizable, flexible framework that can be integrated into other databases and systems.  

Message Agency is an active contributor to the Drupal development community.  Our programmers have not only submitted code for patches to Drupal's core as well as other third-party modules, we have also developed our own modules and contributed them back to the community. These include:

• Maintainer of Salesforce integration module (Drupal to salesforce synchronization), which allows data entered in the website to be passed to Salesforce.

• Developer of Salesforce Outbound Messaging (XMLRPC) integration module (Salesforce to Drupal synchronization), which allows data entered in Salesforce to be pushed to the website.

• Developer of Vertical Response Integration and Basic E-News modules, which integrates user newsletter subscription in Drupal with Vertical Response email lists, allows admins to generate HTML newsletters in Drupal and pass the HTML to Vertical Response, and send newsletters to targeted lists through Vertical Response within the Drupal admin pages.  After submitting this module, Message Agency was approached by Vertical Response to become an affiliate vendor.

• Developer of Flickr Field Browser and Flickr Field Attach, which allows integration between a website and client's Flckr account, so that administrators can select images and albums from Flickr directly on a Drupal page or content item.
