Drupal 6.0 customization with Salesforce integration

Message Agency developed a Drupal website for ActionAIDS that provided much-needed life for their online presence that coordinated with a "Take Action" branding campaign.  The site's integration with Salesforce provides a number of back-office efficiencies for managing their contacts, donations, and volunteers.  Future development will include personal fundraising pages that track donations by community members both online and offline.  These transactions will all be posted to Salesforce for reporting.

Major features include:

• An online store that is tied to Salesforce for order tracking, fulfillment, and financial reporting.
• A volunteer registration form that triggers tasks in Salesforce for follow-up.
• An HTML Newsletter that can be generated within Drupal and sent via Vertical Response from within Salesforce.  Lists are tied to Salesforce contacts and Drupal user accounts.
